Welcome to Gallup's first Yoga Studio!

We offer Bikram style classes and Restorative Yoga in a heated room.

Classes are available Monday through Friday at 5:15am and 6pm

All yoga levels welcome!!!

Please bring a mat, water bottle, and open mind to each class. Extra mats are available for a small fee.
